A Little Bit About Me
A fun (and funny!) out going individual who values the importance of religion, family and friends. I like to think of myself as someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously with a laid back type of persona but with the seriousness and compassion necessary to handle all that life throws our way.

I enjoy trying new, different activities, going off the beaten track, getting my hands dirty as life is too short to not have had a go. I like to look good and look after myself and so a healthy lifestyle whether it be healthy eating or working out is important.

Life is about balance, cake with salad, smiles with the tears, the rough with the smooth, the highs and the lows but smiling through it all.

As we get older, the materialistic things in life are great, we all love a nice treat, but peace, contentment, laughter and memories with loved ones is priceless and so a partner that can help add to that would be an added bonus.

What I Am Looking For
Just a nice guy! Someone who likes to enjoy themselves, likes to try new activities and pastimes whilst still holding Islam as an important part of their lives.

An honest, articulate guy who would bring an added something to my life as I would theirs coupled with a bit of eccentricity as it makes the day a bit more interesting! An old school gentleman who values kindness and selflessness to those around him, who would, in return get the same and more in return. After all, a strong marriage is about give and take, helping each other, supporting each other.

Oh and someone who knows a good joke or two, ie a sense of humour is a must! (Although the jokes don't even have to be that good as I laugh at anything)!
As much as I love good banter, I do relish an intellectual mind, someone who I can have a meaningful and interesting conversation with, someone who can challenge my mind and vice versa and someone I can connect with on more than a superficial level.

It’s all cliched, but I guess we are all just looking for the one that’s going to be their ‘person’, their ‘go to’, their ‘shoulder to cry on’, their ‘person to annoy’!
